The production model seems questionable to us and we are committed to an alternative approach. An approach in which people regain their central role as local players in agricultural production. We want to opt for a long-term vision that is both global and collective.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cette d\u00e9marche se traduit dans nos vignes par un travail lent visant \u00e0 reproduire des gestes ancestraux qui tendent \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre. Les outils majoritairement employ\u00e9s sont simples et ne tombent jamais en panne. Notre priorit\u00e9 revient \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 de nos sols et \u00e0 la r\u00e9-introduction d&#8217;une faune auxiliaire nombreuse et vari\u00e9e. Nous souhaitons faire travailler les poules, les chauves-souris et les coccinelles qui sont chacune d&#8217;impitoyables chasseuses de parasites.
